At any rate, I would like to free up space on the OneDrive so I could use it to store instructional material for my classes that I teach, but I am afraid to uncheck the Lightroom folder on the OneDrive because the footnote warns that if I uncheck a folder, that folder will be removed from my computer.

I am running Windows 10 on both machines. I do not know how Lightroom came to be on the OneDrive as well as my desktop and laptop computers I certainly did not consciously do so. I have only the original 5 GB of space on the OneDrive that is currently being eaten up by Lightroom (4.1 GB). I am embarrassed to say that I really do not understand how this OneDrive and Lightroom work together.
